Puppies

We are a small very low volume breeder of Wire Fox Terriers. We only breed high quality dogs that are healthy and meet breed standards, conformation AKC champions. 

Our goal is to better the breed by producing wires that look and act like a wire should (see the wire fox terrier standard). Proper size, weight, coat, temperament and many other factors are important in maintaining this breed.  This is one of the most attractive breeds when bred properly and is in a show coat (stripped, not cut).

We do not raise dogs or puppies in a kennel. All puppies live in our house in a family environment. All are exposed to other dogs, cats and people. Exposing puppies to different experiences helps them develop a better temperament. 

We do not allow puppies younger than 10 weeks to leave the mother. Many times we may keep the puppies longer to assure proper conditioning. This costs us more as the puppies will have additional vet visits and more vaccinations. Healthy well adjusted puppies are our goal.   

We genetically test the Dam and Sire. All puppies are genetically tested and the results are shared with prospective buyers. Wire Fox Terriers are typically a breed with few health issues and have a lifespan of 12-16 years.
